WTSD is incorporate language classes into SBS soccer coverage

What They Should Do… is incorporate language classes into SBS soccer coverage. I assume everyone else watching the A-League on Friday night is inspired by the Wipe Off Five commercial with the Melbourne Victory players. Therefore we’re all trying to work the Ivory Coast word donk into everyday sentences. Such as, “Steve is coming around, donk get out the glasses.” and “My son wanted a car, donk I told him to get a job.” It would be a great way to expand the telecast’s appeal. No more passive watching. It’d be real infotainment, purely by having the commentators use a word for the night. Imagine if each time they said “offside” they had to use the German “adseits”. That’ll bring donk many more people into watching the sport. ps: I think “donk” means “so”. I’m not sure because SBS don’t have a language class in their telecast… yet!
